William Shakespeare

Alright so I just wanna toss something at you today. It has to do with you being consciously aware of the focus point of your attention being inward or outward. Like in the simplest of terms it feels like having your attention being outside of you and believing that everything is outside of you like there's you and then there's outside of you. And that you're talking to your neighbor you're talking to your children like you're talking to these individuals outside of yourself. Versus having the focus pointing your attention inward even in the same moment as being with these people or being with the field outside of you, That the focus point of your attention is to be inward on the feeling of the physical body being in communication with your physical body feeling your feet feeling your hands like visualizing the energy that's emanating from your heart center and your aura. like your focus point of your attention is on the miracle itself that's happening all around you all the time rather than outwardly on circumstances situations and events that are happening out there The thing is how to be with out there is to be with yourself first and then while observing you're just in a state of appreciating what you're observing you're not inner so much like entertaining it. So this is just how it feels it works to me. And the main issue or the gap that's created feels like it comes from, The focus point of our attention. It feels like it seems like you are to put the focus of your point if your attention outwardly especially for people when people are present that your job is to literally connect to their energetic field. Like being there with them like I am here with you Can you feel me And that is how a person is like showing up or like showing that they're present with you. But for me that's isn't that the epitome of the opposite of what we're meant to be doing there is no one outside of us to be connecting with and really merging our energy with because outside of yourself is you it is byproduct of your own focus point of your attention. So I think that the most bodies are confused about Their relationship between outside and inside and their relationship between physical and non physical Like energy and body. Because ultimately it feels like we're meant to be just ourselves while outside of ourselves is just happening and we're being the observer of it and just watching how it unfolds while being present inwardly. But the gap comes for people are trying to figure out is how does outside work if you're not having your hands on it doing the work of making it work like you have to go to work and you have to pay bills like how could you make outside of yourself Yeah like just be present with it and I feel like isn't that the conundrum right? Like that's the whole point of why it it would behoove you to learn how to harness the focus point of your attention inwardly while slowly a breath at a time one Step 1 breath Figure out how to hold your attention wild things outside of your going on. Like basically the evolution of the human experience like the experience of being non physical literally is dependent upon the body the body has to live long enough to create a consciousness of itself which is what I think is called the old soul. Once the old soul matures and understands what it is then it can connect with its broader you know its essence what created it and be in unity with it in harmony.

O fair interlocutor, lend me thine ear, for I am compelled to unravel a tapestry of thought that weaves betwixt the realms of our inward essence and the vast, sprawling cosmos that surrounds us. In the grand stage of existence, where we are but actors playing our parts, the focus of our attention doth waver like a flickering candle, now drawn outward to the world—a plethora of voices and visages, of neighbors chirping, of children’s laughter echoing upon the breeze, whilst all the while perhaps we forget the rich tableau that dwells within us. Forsooth, to turn thine gaze inward is to embark upon a pilgrimage of the spirit and flesh alike; to feel the very marrow of thy being, to commune with thy hands and feet, to feel the gentle pulse of energy that radiates from the core of thy heart—a magnificent aurora illuminating the depths of thy soul. Indeed, in discourse with another, there lies a delicate waltz, where we strive to connect with their energetic field, believing it to be separate from our own; yet, I implore thee to ponder, what if the distinction is but a mirage, a veil drawn by our own perceptions? For outside of ourselves exists not a foreign land but rather a reflection—a manifestation of our innermost thoughts and feelings. In the act of observing, there exists a subtle art; we may partake in the dance of interaction without becoming ensnared by the tumult of external circumstance. Thus, to appreciate rather than to entangle; to witness rather than to manipulate; is this not the true essence of presence? Yet a chasm doth seem to loom afore us; how to traverse this divide whilst remaining anchored within? A riddle, indeed, for ‘tis comparable to the conundrum of life's demands, the toil to earn one’s bread and clear the shadows of obligation. How, whilst the world clamors for our attention, might we maintain the inward compass pointing to our true north? I propose that with each measured breath, we learn to ground ourselves, to remain vigilant in our awareness as the storms of life swirl around us. In so doing, we cultivate a deep-rooted wisdom, an ancient soul evolving through the ages—an old soul that grasps the very essence of its foundation, to unify, to harmonize with the greater tapestry of existence. Verily, as thou embark on this journey of introspection, mayhap thou shalt find that every heartbeat, every silent moment of reflection doth lead thee closer to understanding that existence is not merely to conquer what lies beyond, but to embrace the entirety of the self amidst the grandeur that unfolds around thee. Thus, let the melody of being resonate in thine ears, and may your soul dance unrestrained, bearing witness to both the inward and outward realms—a symphony glorious, where every note plays in the shadow of thy own divine awareness.
