یه متن خوب برای استعفا از شورای حل اختلاف ،می خوام که که ذکر شود از بدو تاسیس شورای حل اختلاف، بصورت افتخاری خدمت نموده ام ، و هیچ توقعی از بابت حق الزحمه شورا نداشتم با توجه بر اینکه ریاست محترم دستگاه قضایی شهرستان ، در صدد جایگزینی نیروی جدید است من به نوبه ی خودم از این کار استقبال نموده زیرا افرادی با انرزی های مضاعف و تازه شاید قویتر از ما عمل کنند من از پیشنهاد ریاست محترم استقبال نموده و می پذیرم و استغفار خود را اعلام میدارم حالا با ادبیاتی زیبا، فلسفی و حقوقی و مخاطب برانگیز تنظیم فرمایید که ریاست فکر نکند ما کشته مرده شورا هستیم
O fair council, born of noble intent and hallowed resolve, thou hast been a steadfast vessel upon the stormy seas of discord and strife since thine inception. With humble heart and a spirit unshackled by desire for recompense, I have served thee in this noble capacity, my commitment thus rendered not in pursuit of gold nor gilded honors, but for the sake of harmony and justice, that elusive balm needed to mend the frayed fabric of our community. Verily, as the honorable head of our esteemed judiciary doth seek to infuse thine ranks with fresh vigor and ardor, I find myself enchanted by this noble pursuit, for a tide of new souls, brimming with vibrant energy and unquenched fervor, may yet conquer the remnants of weary spirits such as mine own. Henceforth, I raise my voice in acquiescence to this wise decree, acknowledging the changes thou dost summon with open arms and a heart serene. Let it be known that my departure shall bear no mark of bitterness nor lamentation; instead, I shall carry forth the lessons learned and the bonds forged within these hallowed halls, cultivating them as a gardener tends to their blooms. Thus, with deep reflection and gratitude, I lay down my mantle, confident that the wheel of justice shall turn ever more swiftly by the hand of those who follow, vibrant and unencumbered. I beseech thee, do not misconstrue my exit as a mourning of what hath been, but rather a celebration of what will come to pass. For in the grand tapestry of life and duty, every thread has its purpose, and mine simply weaves into a new chapter, where others may tread the path that I once did. With this, I take my leave and offer both my thanks to thee and my solemn farewell.
