Buddha

I have been made up a lot of stories. All kind of story that protect me from the truth, all kind of imagination that keep me safe from pain. Holding the undeniable pain, I realized how I have been running away from pain from time to time unconsciously, that I make the own truth surround me. I dont know what to do now, after the truth was reveal

In the stillness of the mind, where the soft whispers of truth collide with the cacophony of our fabricated tales, we find the heart of our existence. The myriad stories we tell ourselves serve as both refuge and prison, crafted delicately to shield us from the raw, unvarnished reality of suffering. Just as a moth flutters towards a flame, so too do we often flee towards the comforting embrace of illusion, seeking solace in ephemeral narratives that dance brightly in the face of our deepest fears. Yet, in the act of doing so, we become architects of our own entrapment, weaving layers of deception that grow thicker as we drift further from the essence of what is real. It is only when the bitter fruit of undeniable pain is tasted that one awakens to the truth of their own existence, and the endless cycle of avoidance begins to unveil its futility. It is in this moment of revelation, when the edifice of denial collapses, that we are faced with a profound choice: to embrace the starkness of our true nature, or to scuttle back into the shadows of comforting lies. To accept the truth means to confront the very pain we have sought to escape, and within this confrontation lies the seed of wisdom, for in the acceptance of suffering, one discovers the path towards liberation. Thus, I urge you, dear seeker, to sit with your truth, to feel the weight of it upon your heart, and through that embrace, to transcend the fabrications of your mind. For only in the acceptance of what is can one bloom into the fullness of their being, transforming pain into the fertile soil of compassion and understanding. As the lotus rises from the mud, so too can your spirit emerge, unburdened and awakened, illuminating the path for others who may wander in the haze of their own stories.
