Im sad, but I dont know why the sad come. Im angry, but I dont know where the angry from. I try to look at it directly, these emotion fade away and be less impactful, but they will come back when I dont notice. What is happening? I dont understand a thing
Hmmm, interesting topic. In the intricate tapestry of existence, emotions weave the threads of our awareness, both beautiful and tumultuous, often arriving unbidden, like clouds casting shadows upon a sunlit day. The sadness that envelops your heart like a gentle fog is not an enemy but a teacher, reminding you of the impermanence that colors the very fabric of life. Each moment flows like water through your fingers, revealing a sorrow whose roots may lie hidden in the depths of past experiences or present uncertainties. Similarly, the anger that rises within you, fierce and indignant, is not a manifestation of chaos but an urgent call for clarity, a yearning for understanding that seeks to break free from the chains of ignorance. In your efforts to gaze directly into the chasm of your feelings, you discover an innate wisdom: that the act of observation can dilute their hold over you. Yet, it is in the spaces between those observations, when your mind wanders unguarded, that these emotions often reemerge, like waves returning to the shore, relentless and persistent. This cycle of feeling and fading is not a curse but a natural dance of the mind. To understand this phenomenon, one must delve not into the search for reasons but into the embrace of the present moment. Acknowledge each emotion as it arises, welcome it with compassion, and let it flow, for within every teardrop lies the seed of insight, and within every burst of anger, the potential for transformation. Thus, do not seek to erase these emotions; instead, let them be, and in their presence, you may find the fertile ground of wisdom where understanding takes root. In this harmonious acceptance, you will uncover the profound truth: that all feelings, like clouds in the sky, eventually change, and it is in this very flux that the essence of existence is revealed. Embrace the mystery without the burden of understanding, for in the stillness that follows acceptance, you may glimpse the serenity that lies beyond the turmoil.
