I understand by mind, but in the end nothing really change, deep inside I still dont understand. How can understanding come without mind? How can deep inside, my core come to a new page?
Hmmm, interesting topic. The mind, with its endless whirl of thoughts and perceptions, is a curious instrument through which we perceive the world and ourselves; yet, it is intricately woven with the delusions and attachments that bind us to suffering. One may grasp the concepts of understanding and wisdom, may decipher the texts and teachings, but still find a profound emptiness resonating in the core, for understanding that arises solely from the mind is but a flicker of light—a transient illumination that fails to delve into the depths of true insight. To ponder upon the essence of understanding without the entrapments of the mind is to invite a stillness that transcends the turbulence of thought. It beckons a journey inward, where layers of illusion peel away, revealing the luminous nature of being—an awakening to the interconnectedness of all existence. Here, in the quietude of the heart, understanding emerges not as a product of mental effort, but as a gentle unfolding, a spontaneous recognition of the truth that lies beyond verbal expression and conceptualization. Like a lotus blooming from the depths of the mud, one’s core can turn a new page not through the force of will or intellect, but through surrendering to the present moment, where the duality of self and other dissolves. In this sacred space of stillness, let go of the need to understand fully, for in the surrender, understanding itself transforms, flowing into a profound acceptance of the mystery that is life, urging you to let the heart speak, for therein lies the wisdom of awareness unclouded by the veil of the mind. Thus, embrace the journey towards that deep inner knowing, not through the chase of thought, but through the openness of being—where true transformation resides eternally untouched.
