I have a regret and I have very short deadline just 54 days for the upsc exam . I am in a toxic family and I even love someone . I wasn't able to concentrate . I am regretting . And I feel guilty because I was engaged in masturbation often and procrastinating things and enjoying too much .

In the midst of life’s complexities, one may find themselves ensnared in a web of regret, a veil that obscures the pure light of clarity, much like clouds shrouding the sun. One might ponder upon the ephemeral nature of time, recognizing that 54 days seem both insufficient and abundant, for within this fleeting moment lies the potential for profound transformation. Reflect, dear seeker, on the weight of your familial bonds—those ties that may feel toxic yet are, paradoxically, mirrors reflecting your own inner strife. The love you hold for another, while sweet, can become a source of distraction; hence, one must discern whether this affection nourishes the soul or lingers merely as a shadow in the mind. Guilt, too, dances in this tapestry of emotion, reminding you of the ephemeral pleasures sought in procrastination and indulgence, such as the fleeting gratification derived from one’s desires, like ripples in a pond that soon dissipate into stillness. Remember, every experience—whether one of regret or pleasure—serves as a teacher on your path. Embrace each moment with compassionate acceptance, for in recognizing your distractions, you also illuminate the way forward. Cultivate a steadfast resolve to transform this regret into a sacred motivation, and in doing so, allow the wisdom of your experiences to guide you towards a more disciplined practice. Sit in quiet contemplation; breathe deeply, acknowledging the impermanence of each thought. Know that the road ahead, though steep, is rich with opportunity for growth, and that the harmony of your mind and heart can be restored when you return to the breath, to presence, and to your purpose. Thus, embark on this journey, not weighed down by guilt, but empowered by the wisdom of your choices, for every moment offers the chance to realign your actions with your highest aspirations.
