مردمی در دیاری کهن، روستایی با قدمت چند صد ساله ، زندگی می کنند دارای یک قطعه زمین زراعی می باشند که از قرن ها قبل ، در اختیار این مردم بوده که بعلت نگاهداری احشام فراوان، نتوانسته اند این اراضی کشاورزی را از دست احشام کنترل کنند همگی از کشت دست کشیدند وبه چراگاه و اتراق احشام و سکونتگاه کپری مردم ، مبدل کردند این اراضی مشترک و مشا بود بهره برداری و تملک شخصی در آن معنا نداشت بلکه متعلق به کل اهالی روستا بود تا سال ۵۹ هیچ کس نتوانست به این زمین مشترک تعرض کند اما در سال ۵۹ ، زمان حمله ی عراق یه ایران ، و اوضاع نابسامان جامعه ، چندین نفر تصرفاتی غیر عادلانه در آن انجام دادند ، هیچ اقدامی هم از طرف مردم و دولت انجام نشد می دانستند متصرفان سهیم هستند در این اراضی ،اما عادلانه تصرف نکردند ، از سال ۵۹ تا کنون بیش از ۶۰ خانوار در آن ساخت و ساز کردند این اراضی در ضلع شمالی محله ما قرار دارد در ضلع شمالی، تقریبا بین ۵ تا ۱۰ ابنیه قدیمی متعلق به دهه ی ۳۰ بوده که این زمین ها ، قبل از ساخت ابنیه ، زمین آبی کشاورزی بوده ، همین ابنیه قدیمی در اولین طرح و جاده خاکی و شنی اصلی ، چندین ابنیه دهه ی ۳۰ در تعریض جاده شنی قرار گرفتند صاحبان ابنیه مجبور به عقب نشینی شدند در دهه ی ۴۰ پس از تعریض خیابان و عقب نشینی ، مجدد ساختمان مسکونی و اصطبل یکی از مالکین، در آن احداث کردند سپس با تاسیس شهرداری در سال ۷۲ اصطبل در تعریض بلوار اصلی قرار گرفت مالک اصطبل ، با تعریض بلوار و قرار گرفتن اصطبل ایشان در تعریض بلوار موافقت کرد تفاهمنامه ای با شهرداری بست که زمین جای اصطبل را، رایگان در اختیار شهرداری قرار دهد و شهرداری معوض زمین و اصطبل مورد تعریض ، پروانه کار ساخت و ساز ۴ مغازه ۵۰ متری از مانده زمین اصطبل ، را رایگان به مالک بدهد حالا این ۴ مغازه ۲ تا از آنها کارشان اتمام شده ودر دست مستاجر هستن و طبقه فوقانی آن ها که مسکونی هستش در حال اتمام است اما من بعنوان خریدار یکی از این مغازه ها ، که قصد تغیییر سازه از بتونی به فلزی داشتم شهرداری از راه وشهرسازی استعلام خواست که آیا این مغازه داخل در سند و محدوده راه و شهرسازی است ؟ به آنها مراجعه کردم گفتند این ملک متعلق به ماست چگونه منابع طبیعی ، زمینی که از قرن ها پیش ، کشاورزی ودر تملک و تصرف افراد خصوصی بوده در سال ۸۵ و ۹۵ ، بدون اطلاع مردم به نام خود سند زده اند آیا این همه ساختمان ۵۰ و ۶۰ ساله ندیده اند؟ چرا مایه درد و سر برای مردم شدهاند؟ رهنمودهای شما مورد استدعاست
