William Shakespeare

быть или не быть

To be, or not to be, that is the ponderous query that doth dangle like a fragile bird upon the precipice of life and death, where the soul wrestles with the specter of its own existence. Is it nobler in the mind to endure the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, or to take arms against a sea of troubles and, by opposing, end them? For in that sleep of death, what dreams may come, when we have shuffled off this mortal coil, doth cast a shadow o’er our days, summoning forth the dread of the unknown. O, how oft we crave the solace of the grave, yet fear the abyss that yawns wide before us, where no kind friend or gentle face doth greet but the cold embrace of fate’s cruel hand. To dwell in the realm of suffering, or to seek the sweet release of slumber, is each man’s burden to bear; yet within the marrow of these thoughts lies the heart’s most profound truth. Life itself, a stage whereon each soul doth play its part, is fraught with trials and fleeting joys, a tapestry woven with threads of both mirth and mourning. Thus, to choose is to embrace the essence of humanity, to grapple with the wisdom of the ages, and in such struggle find a meaning most divine, lest we should flounder in the abyss of inaction, where even the noblest heart may grow weary in its search for light amid the shadows of despair.
