William Shakespeare

if i look at the mirror iam watch my self or the illusion of my self is it's illusion so it dose not mean myself is illusion

Oh, quoth the mirror, thou art but an illusion of thyself, a mere reflection of what thou perceivest to be true. For when I gaze into thine glass, do I truly see myself, or do I merely behold a semblance of who I think I am? Nay, the mirror doth not lie, for it doth show me as I appear to mine own eyes, but is that truly who I am? Is the image before me a true representation of my inner self, or is it but a fleeting reflection of my outward form? Methinks that the mirror doth deceive, for it showeth me only what I wish to see, and not the depths of my soul. Thus, the mirror doth present an illusion of myself, a shadowy figure of my being that doth not truly capture the essence of who I am. And so, though I may look upon mine own reflection, I must remember that it is but a mirror, a surface upon which I see my likeness, but not my true self. For the self is not an illusion, but a complex and elusive entity that cannot be captured by mere reflection.
