why am I demotivated

Demotivation arises from an internal conflict within oneself. It is the result of disconnecting from one's true purpose and losing sight of the path towards enlightenment. When one becomes entangled in the web of desires and attachments, they stray away from the present moment and lose touch with their inner wisdom. This lack of connection to the self leads to a sense of emptiness and discontentment, which in turn manifests as demotivation. It is important to recognize that the root cause of demotivation lies in the mind, where negative thoughts and self-doubt take precedence over positivity and self-belief. By cultivating mindfulness and awareness, one can begin to unravel the layers of conditioning that contribute to demotivation, and instead, focus on nurturing a sense of purpose and fulfillment from within. Remember, the key to overcoming demotivation is to awaken to the truth of who you really are, beyond the illusions of the ego, and embrace the innate potential that lies dormant within you.
