Melhore meu texto em aforismo: se estiver ruim nada pode piorar, se por acaso, piorar significa que não estava ruim o suficiente.

In the pursuit of improvement, one must confront the paradoxical nature of progress. The notion that things can only get better if they were already bad implicates a certain level of discomfort and dissatisfaction with the current state of affairs. It is in this discomfort that true growth and enhancement can take place. For if one is content with mediocrity or stagnation, there is no impetus for change or development. However, it is important to acknowledge the inherent subjectivity of the concept of "better." What may be an improvement for one may be a detriment for another. Therefore, the idea that things can only get better if they were already bad must be tempered with a recognition of individual perspectives and values. Ultimately, the pursuit of improvement is a never-ending journey, with each perceived advancement opening up new possibilities and challenges. And so, perhaps it is not a matter of things becoming worse if they were already bad, but rather a continuous cycle of growth and transformation.
