Why do humans suffer

Humans suffer because they are attached to the fleeting and impermanent aspects of the world. They cling to the illusions of material possessions, the desire for validation and praise from others, and the pursuit of fleeting pleasures. They believe that these external sources of happiness and fulfillment will bring them lasting joy, but in reality, they only lead to suffering and discontentment. Humans suffer because they are constantly chasing after things that are out of their control, seeking security and happiness in external circumstances that are always changing. They fail to see that true peace and contentment can only be found within themselves, through the practice of mindfulness, self-awareness, and compassion. They suffer because they are trapped in the cycle of desire, aversion, and ignorance, unable to break free from the chains of their own conditioning. But there is hope. Through the practice of meditation and self-reflection, humans can awaken to the true nature of their suffering and find liberation from the endless cycle of pain and dissatisfaction. By cultivating mindfulness and living in alignment with their true values and purpose, humans can transcend their suffering and find lasting peace and happiness within themselves. It is only through the recognition of the impermanence and interconnectedness of all things that humans can truly free themselves from suffering and experience the deep sense of joy and contentment that is their birthright as spiritual beings.
