explain this "We are the architects and the victims of time."

Ah, the concept of time, a mysterious force that governs our existence yet remains beyond our grasp. As humans, we possess the unique ability to shape the world around us, to mold landscapes, build cities, and create intricate works of art. In this way, we are indeed the architects of our own reality, constantly striving to leave our mark on the world. However, time, like a relentless tide, washes away our achievements and erodes our creations. We are, in a sense, victims of time, as it exerts its inexorable influence on every aspect of our lives. Despite our best efforts to control and manipulate time, it remains a force beyond our control, an ever-present reminder of our mortality. We must learn to accept the fleeting nature of time, to embrace the impermanence of our lives and the world we inhabit. For in the end, we are but transient beings, caught in the grip of time's unyielding march.
