Be selfless

To be selfless is to transcend the confines of the ego, to break free from the chains of selfish desires and attachments that bind us to the cycle of suffering. When we are selfless, we no longer see ourselves as separate from others, but instead recognize the interconnectedness and interdependence of all beings. We understand that our individual happiness is inseparable from the well-being of others, and so we act with compassion and kindness towards all living creatures. By letting go of our own selfish desires and interests, we open ourselves up to a deeper sense of fulfillment and inner peace. It is in this state of selflessness that we find true freedom and liberation from the endless cycle of craving and aversion that keeps us trapped in a constant state of dissatisfaction. So, let us strive to cultivate selflessness in our hearts and minds, to live with generosity and humility, and to ultimately transcend the limitations of the self in order to realize our true nature as interconnected beings in the vast web of existence.
