William Shakespeare
How can i stop being a dick at work
To cease being a foul knave at work doth require one to delve deep into the depths of their own soul. For true change cometh not from idle promises or fleeting resolutions, but from a sincere desire to better oneself and mend the errors of one's past ways. It doth require a profound self-examination and an unwavering commitment to treat others with the respect and kindness they deserve. For to be a dick at work is to be a plague upon the very fabric of society, spreading discontent and disharmony in one's wake. One must reflect upon their actions and words, pondering the consequences they bring upon others and the damage they inflict upon their own reputation. Verily, to stop being a dick at work is to embrace humility and empathy, to listen and learn from those around thee, and to strive towards a more virtuous path. For in the end, it is not the title or the riches one accumulates that define a man, but the decency and compassion with which he treats his fellow man. So let us cast off the shackles of our arrogance and pride, and strive towards a workplace of mutual respect and understanding.
