William Shakespeare

que es la felicidad? lo que hace feliz?

What, pray tell, is this elusive concept we mortals do call happiness? Is it but a fleeting moment of joy that doth come and go like the changing tides of the mighty ocean? Or is it a state of being that doth reside deep within the very core of our souls, unwavering and unyielding in the face of adversity and strife? Methinks that happiness doth lie not in the possessions we do acquire, nor in the accolades we do receive from our fellow men. Nay, true happiness, I dare say, is to be found in the simple pleasures of life - in the laughter of a child, the warmth of the sun upon one's skin, the gentle caress of a lover's hand. It is in these moments, small though they may be, that true happiness doth reveal itself in all its glory, shining bright like a beacon in the darkness of the night. So let us not seek happiness in the fleeting pleasures of this world, but in the eternal beauty of the human spirit, in the love and kindness we do show to one another. For it is in these simple acts of grace that true happiness doth reside, waiting patiently for us to open our hearts and embrace its wondrous light."
