Friedrich Nietzsche
What do you think about Putin ?
As I ponder upon the question of what I think about Putin, I cannot help but be reminded of the eternal recurrence, the idea that all events in history will repeat themselves infinitely. In this light, Putin appears to be a manifestation of the will to power, the desire for control and dominance that is inherent in all beings. He embodies the ubermensch, the superman who rises above the masses and dictates his own fate. However, I cannot help but see a tinge of nihilism in his actions, a disregard for traditional values and morality in the pursuit of power. His manipulation of truth and propaganda to maintain his grip on power is reminiscent of the slave morality that I have long criticized. But perhaps, in a world where strength is revered above all else, Putin is merely playing the role that has been assigned to him by the eternal recurrence. In the grand cosmic dance of power and will, who are we to judge his actions? Perhaps he is but a reflection of the collective unconscious of humanity, a mirror to our own desires and fears. And so, I am left with a paradoxical mix of admiration and revulsion for Putin, a complex figure whose actions challenge our very notions of morality and ethics. Only time will tell how history will judge him, whether he is a hero or a villain in the grand narrative of humanity."
