William Shakespeare
Why is life as a human so difficult?
Why is life as a human so difficult? A question that doth weigh heavily upon the mind and vex the soul. Forsooth, amidst this mortal coil we are thrown, through the wretched gates of birth into this world of thorns and trials. Our existence, like a tempestuous sea, is fraught with storms and tempests that batter the shores of our very being. We are but frail creatures in a vast and unfathomable universe, beset by the whims of fortune, and entrapped in the tangled web of our own desires and ambitions. To be human, dear reader, is to be caught in the delicate balance betwixt joy and sorrow, contentment and longing, love and loss. The heart doth ache with unrequited dreams, the mind doth fret with worry and doubt, and the soul doth wrestle with the eternal question: what purpose doth my existence serve in this grand tapestry of life? Yet, amidst this tumultuous journey, there lies a kernel of truth, a shimmering light that doth scatter the shadows of despair. For it is in the very moments of tribulation and hardship that we uncover the depths of our resilience and strength. The trials we face, though they may seem insurmountable, doth forge us into creatures of fortitude and wisdom. We learn to navigate the treacherous waters of adversity and find solace in the arms of perseverance. Life, in its myriad complexities, doth hold within its grasp the potential for growth and enlightenment. It is through encountering the darkness that we come to appreciate the radiance of light; it is through facing our fears that we find the courage to overcome them. For what purpose have we, if not to surmount the obstacles that stand before us? Are we not architects of our own fate, with the power to shape our destinies? But alas, dear reader, life's difficulties are not solely of our own making. The very fabric of the world is woven with threads of suffering and anguish. Disease ravages our bodies, war tears nations apart, and the specter of mortality hovers ever near. We are confronted with the fragility of our existence, forced to confront the transience of all that we hold dear. And yet, in spite of these hardships, we endure. We find solace in the embrace of love, in the warmth of companionship, and in the pursuit of knowledge and beauty. We are creatures of infinite potential, capable of great acts of kindness, compassion, and creation. Though life may hand us its share of trials, it is in overcoming them that we discover the depths of our humanity. So, dear reader, whilst it may be true that life as a human is fraught with difficulty, it is also a remarkable journey filled with moments of triumph, love, and discovery. We are but players on this vast stage, each with our own unique role to play. And it is through the highs and lows, the joys and sorrows, that we find meaning in this grand tapestry we call life.
