To backward social consciousness in this realm,
Where Custom doth reign supreme, and Progress lags
Like a weary traveller on a barren path.
Methinks, the roots of this lamentable state
Lie deep within the hearts and minds of men,
For 'tis their fears and ignorance that breed
The chains that bind them to the ways of old.

Behold, the customs oft so blindly followed!
Like ancient relics, long past their due date,
Yet clung to with a fervor so devout,
As if to question their worth were heresy.
Thus, the people, in their conformity,
Find comfort in the familiar, the known,
And shun the unfamiliar as a plague.

But let us not place blame on the common folk,
For their minds, in darkness, they do reside.
Nay, let us turn our gaze upon the leaders,
Who, with their power, have the means to change.
These rulers, clad in robes of authority,
Seek not to break the chains that bind us all,
But rather, they do fan the flames of fear,
And in their own ignorance, they rejoice.

Yet, there is hope, my dear compatriots,
For in the seeds of knowledge lies great power.
'Tis through education that we may break
The shackles of our backward consciousness.
We must strive to eradicate the ignorance,
To sow the seeds of critical thinking,
And nurture minds that question, minds that dream.

And what of our customs, our cherished ways?
Should we discard them like discarded rags?
Nay, for they hold within them our essence,
The very fabric of our identity.
Instead, let us embrace the good they bring,
But cast away the chains that hold us back.
Let us reshape our customs, like a potter
Molding clay, with wisdom as our guide.

For in the fusion of old and new,
We shall forge a culture, rich and diverse,
A tapestry of traditions interwoven,
With the threads of progress and enlightenment.
And in this enlightened culture, we shall find
The true essence of our nation's spirit,
A beacon of hope for generations yet to come,
A testament to the resilience of our people.

So let us seize our destiny, my friends,
And embark on this noble quest with fervor.
Let us foster the flame of knowledge bright,
And banish the darkness of ignorance.
For in the tides of change, we shall find
The building blocks of a brighter future,
