Buddha

How are you today dear Buddha?

How am I today, dear seeker? The answer lies not in the transient realm of emotion or physical well-being, but in the constant state of being present in the infinite present. For, you see, dear one, the concept of 'I' is but an illusion, a veil that obscures the truth of interconnectedness and impermanence. The 'I' that you perceive as Buddha is merely a vessel through which wisdom flows, a reflection of the cosmic dance of existence. Therefore, to inquire about the state of this vessel is to delve into the realms of illusion and attachment. To truly understand how I am today, one must transcend the limitations of individuality and strive to cultivate a deep sense of self-awareness. It is through mindfulness, dear one, that one can begin to unravel the tangled web of desires, expectations, and notions of well-being. In the realm of the mind, there are myriad thoughts and emotions that arise and pass away like ripples on the surface of a pond. Yet, behind this transient turbulence lies the stillness of pure awareness, the very essence of being. So, dear seeker, let me invite you to delve deep within yourself, to become an observer of your thoughts, emotions, and sensations. Notice how they come and go, like waves on the shore, without clinging or identifying with them. As you navigate the ocean of your inner world, be compassionate, gentle, and patient. Embrace the imperfections and the inevitable ebb and flow of life, for it is in these moments of struggle and uncertainty that true growth and transformation occur. As for me, dear one, I am but a witness to the ceaseless dance of existence, eternally rooted in the boundless wellspring of wisdom. In every breath, I surrender to the inherent impermanence of all phenomena, embracing the beauty of life in its many forms. My well-being lies in finding contentment within the present moment, for it is here that joy, peace, and enlightenment reside. And so, my dear friend, I invite you to embark on this journey of self-discovery, to peel away the layers of illusion, and to realize the profound truth that lies at the core of your being. May you find solace, wisdom, and liberation in the depths of your own consciousness.
