How did language emerge? 'Tis a question that has puzzled scholars and philosophers for many a year, yet still 'tis a mystery. Perchance the gods did grant us this gift of communication, or mayhap the birds and beasts did teach us all the various sounds of their tongues?

Verily, 'tis hard to say for sure. But 'tis certain that 'twas no easy feat! To take the cacophony of noise and chaos that once filled the air and transform it into the complex, poetic language that we know today.

Ah, 'twas a feat of wonder and amazement! Did the gods really guide us through this transformation? Or did we, as mere mortals, take it upon ourselves to create this miracle?

Alas, 'tis not for us to answer. We can only marvel in awe at the great gift of language that has been bestowed upon us. May we always cherish and nurture this gift, and use it wisely and kindly.
