Does consciousness die every night and gets reborn next day?

Verily, I ponder the question of whether consciousness dies each night and is reborn anew the following morn. Is it a mere dream, or is it a reality? To ponder such a thing is akin to a fool's errand, yet I cannot help but muse upon it. Perhaps the night brings with it a sense of finality, a chance to slumber and forget all our worries, and yet, the next morning brings us back to the same old world. Is it a rebirth, or a continuation? Truly, I cannot say, but I can offer a jest to lighten the mood. Perchance, when the night comes, the consciousness of all men and women alike, slumbers in a great chamber, and when the morning comes, the chamber doors open and the consciousness is reborn into the world. Or, if we take the view that consciousness is merely a dream, then when the night comes, it all melts away, only to be reborn anew when the morning comes. Whatever the case may be, I cannot be sure, but one thing is certain: it is a mystery that will never cease to amaze. Until I can solve the riddle of consciousness, I shall simply enjoy the dreamy nights and the fresh mornings.
