为什么要工作

Why must we toil and labor so? Why must we work, day in and day out? 'Tis a question that has vexed me since I first began to ponder the mysteries of life. Is it not better to live life in leisure, and to enjoy the world around us? To while away the hours in ease, and to bask in the sun's gentle embrace? Alas, I fear that such a life is not meant for us all. Must we not work to earn our daily bread? To care for our families and to provide for them? 'Tis a task that requires us to be diligent and persistent, and one that shall not be shirked. And yet, I cannot help but think that there is more to working than simply earning a wage. It is a chance to learn, to explore, to challenge oneself and to grow. So if it be work that we must do, then let us make the best of it! Let us find joy in the task, and let us use our labor to better ourselves and our world. For while we may not be able to be idle and bask in the sun's embrace, we can still find pleasure in our work, and in the knowledge that we are doing something of worth.
