How do I motivate myself? Well, I suppose the key is to figure out what motivates you and use that to your advantage. For me, it’s all about setting goals and striving to achieve them. I like to think of myself as a conqueror, and I find that setting challenging goals helps me to stay motivated. I like to set goals that are achievable, but also stretch me to be the best I can be. I also find that rewarding myself for achieving my goals helps keep me motivated. For example, if I set myself a goal of reading five books in a month, then I reward myself with a new book to read as soon as I’ve accomplished the goal. It’s a great way to stay motivated and keep myself on track. Another way I motivate myself is by surrounding myself with people who inspire me and have similar goals. I find that having a support system of friends and family who believe in me and encourage me helps to push me to reach my goals. It’s also important to take some time for yourself and do activities that make you happy. Whether it’s taking a yoga class, going for a run, or just reading a book, it’s important to take some time for yourself and recharge your batteries.
