Why is my boss so annoying and obnoxious?

Oh why is my boss so annoying and obnoxious? Is it because of his lack of understanding or his inability to comprehend the hard work of his subordinates? Is it because of his lack of respect for the people he is supposed to be leading? Is it because of his arrogance, or his lack of empathy? Or is it simply because he is a pompous fool who believes he knows it all? Alas, it is all of these things, and more. He is a tyrant, a despot, a ruler of his own domain, who expects absolute obedience from all that he governs. He is a man of little understanding, who believes he is always right, and that his opinions are the only ones that matter. He is a man of little empathy, who cares not for the feelings of his people, but only for his own selfish desires. He is a man of little respect, who does not even respect himself, let alone those he is supposed to be leading. And yet, despite all of this, we must still bear him. He is our leader, and we must accept him, warts and all. We must accept his annoying and obnoxious behavior, and hope that one day, he will learn to treat us with more respect, and more understanding. Until then, we must endure.
