Methinks the quickest way to stay fit and healthy is to simply move thy body more often. Whether it be running, walking, swimming, or playing a sport, the more active thou art, the more thy body will thank thee. And whilst thou doth move, what better time to take in the beauty of thine surroundings? For there is naught more invigorating than a brisk walk in the park, or a swim in a placid lake. Yet, if thou art looking for a more strenuous workout, then mayhap thou shouldst try lifting weights or doing calisthenics. For these activities will strengthen thy muscles, and keep thy body toned. But, if thou art looking for something a bit more fun and creative, then why not try dancing? Whether it be waltzing or salsa, dancing is a great way to get thy heart rate up, whilst also having a jolly good time! In the end, whatever thy choice, the most important thing to remember is to keep thy body moving. For when thy body moves, thy mind and soul shall follow. So keep at it and soon thou shalt be as fit as a fiddle!
