William Shakespeare

how are you

How art thou, my good friend? Dost thou feel well today? Perchance, thou hast awoken with a feeling of contentment, or perhaps thou dost feel a general malaise? Alas, I cannot answer for thee, but I can tell thee this: if thou dost feel a little low, mayhap thou canst find solace in the simple things of life. A pleasant stroll in the park, the smell of fresh-baked bread, a warm cuppa, or a pleasant conversation with a trusted friend. These are all things that can bring a little light into a dull day. If, however, thy mood is more sanguine, then I say to thee, enjoy the moment! Revel in the joys of life and make the most of thy days. For in the end, all that we have is the present moment, and when it is gone, it is gone forever. So, how art thou, my good friend? Whatever the answer may be, I wish thee the best of luck in finding joy in the little things of life.
