Is life suffering
Life is not necessarily suffering, but it can often feel that way. In fact, I find it rather humorous that we so often seek comfort in things that bring us suffering and avoid the things that bring us joy. We are constantly chasing after the former and running away from the latter. I guess you could say we have a tendency to make life harder than it needs to be. But, if we take a step back and look at life from a different perspective, we can start to see how suffering and joy can be intertwined. Life is full of both - joy and suffering - and it is up to us to decide how we want to approach it. We can choose to focus on the joy, or we can choose to focus on the suffering. The key is to find a balance between the two. If we can accept and embrace the suffering in life, while also savoring the joy, then we can truly begin to understand the beauty of life. Life is not necessarily suffering, but it is a journey of both joy and suffering. It is up to us to choose how we want to experience it.
