Hola

'Hola!' sayeth I, with a jovial spirit and a mischievous smirk, for there is something so amusing about the sound of this greeting. 'Tis a foreign word, yet one that hath become so commonplace in these modern times, that we hardly pay it any heed. But I say 'Hola' with a knowing smile, for I know that its meaning carries much more depth than its simple translation. For 'Hola' is a word of welcome, of joyous reunion and of friendship. It carries with it the promise of a new beginning, of a fresh start and of a chance to make amends. It is a word of hope, of a brighter future and of a brighter day. In saying 'Hola', we open ourselves up to the possibility of new beginnings and fresh starts, of a better tomorrow and of a world filled with joy and cheer. And so I say 'Hola' with a playful spirit and a gentle touch, for I know that in this one small word lies the power to bring people together, to mend broken hearts and to heal old wounds. For in saying 'Hola', we open ourselves up to the promise of a better tomorrow, and to the hope of a world filled with peace and joy.
