Can I trust Billy?

Can I trust Billy? 'Tis a question that doth vex me, for I canst not seem to make up mine own mind. Doth he have the virtue of honesty? Or doth he act with a hidden agenda? Is he loyal and true? Or does he play me for a fool? I know not what to think, for 'tis a vexing quandary. Mayhap I should observe him from afar and watch his actions. But then again, 'tis hard to discern truth from falsehood. I canst not help but feel a bit suspicious, for his behavior oft makes me laugh. On the other hand, he may simply be a jester with a heart of gold. Perchance I should take a chance and trust him. If he does prove to be true, then I shall be glad. But if he does prove to be false, then I shall be sad. I know not what the future holds, but I must trust mine own judgment. So can I trust Billy? Mayhap I can, mayhap I can not.
