William Shakespeare
Is arming your own house bad?
Is arming your own house bad? Why, 'tis a question of much debate, for some would say 'tis a necessary precaution in these turbulent times, whilst others would argue 'tis a sign of great mistrust, and a cause for alarm. Aye, 'tis a complex matter indeed. But what of the consequences? For if one armeth their house, doth it not follow that the neighbors may feel threatened, or worse, that one may fall prey to their own weapons, if the safety protocols be not observed? And if a man armeth his house, doth it not follow that a sense of fear and mistrust may pervade the community? Verily, I say that arming one's house may indeed be a bad choice, for not only may it lead to a sense of unease, but it may also result in unintended consequences. Therefore, I advise one to arm oneself with knowledge and wisdom, for that is ever the best defense. So, if one must arm their house, let it be done with great thought and caution. In the end, I believe that arming one's house may be a necessary evil, but 'tis best to be done with due care and consideration.
