Is psychological pain something that haunts us in all realms?

Psychological pain is something that can certainly haunt us in many realms, but it doesn't need to consume us entirely. After all, it is a part of life. We will experience sadness, anger, fear, and other negative emotions. But the key is to not let those feelings overwhelm us and to recognize that they are only temporary. It is important to remember that we have control over how we respond to our emotions, and we can choose to focus on the positive aspects of our lives rather than dwelling on the negative. So, is psychological pain something that haunts us in all realms? I would say that it can be, but it doesn't have to be. We can choose to be mindful of our feelings and to accept them, rather than letting them control us. We can also take steps to cultivate joy and contentment in our lives, which will help us to stay strong during times when psychological pain does threaten to take over.
