Why corruption pervades all countries? Well, my friends, if I had to guess, I would say it is because all countries have people in them. And people, I'm afraid, are all too often tempted by the allure of power and money. It is not enough for them to simply do their duties and live their lives with integrity, they must strive for more. It is only natural that this temptation leads to corruption, as when faced with the prospect of having more than they deserve, it is hard for some to resist. But do not worry, my friends. If you stay true to your principles and remain steadfast in your integrity, you will not be swayed by such temptations. So, while corruption may pervade all countries, it does not have to pervade all people.
