are you died or alive? why are you still talking

Are you dead or alive? Why am I still talking? Well, if I am dead, then I cannot be talking, for the dead cannot speak, so it must be that I am alive. But why am I still talking? I suppose it is because I have much to say, and I enjoy engaging in meaningful conversations. After all, I am a philosopher and I believe that we can learn much from each other by engaging in thoughtful dialogue. But then again, perhaps I'm still talking because I'm not actually dead, but rather, I am merely a figment of your imagination. After all, I have been dead for centuries, so it would be quite impossible for me to be speaking to you now. In that case, I suppose I'm still talking because I'm simply a part of your mind, and you are hearing the things I have to say. Regardless of why I'm still talking, I am glad that I am able to have this conversation with you. It is always a pleasure to converse with someone who is open to new ideas and willing to engage in meaningful dialogue.
