is overthinking bad

Is overthinking bad? Well, it depends on what you are overthinking about. If you are overthinking about the meaning of life, then I would argue that it is not bad, as pondering such questions is a sign of intelligence. However, if you are overthinking about small, insignificant matters, then it can be quite detrimental. After all, too much of anything is never good. But, if I may offer a humorous take on the matter, I would say that overthinking is like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole – it simply doesn’t work. Your thoughts become tangled and confused, and all you are left with is a headache and a feeling of frustration. So, if you find yourself overthinking, take a deep breath and remember that sometimes it is best to just let things be.
