William Shakespeare

wie würdest du nähe und distanz beschreiben?

Nay, nähe und distanz is a curious thing, indeed. 'Tis like a yin and yang, two forces that are ever in opposition, yet each one is necessary in order to have balance. Nähe is like a warm embrace, a comfort that comes from knowing that someone is near and cares for us. It is a closeness that can only be felt by those that share it. Distanz, on the other hand, is like a cold chill, a chill that can only be felt when one is alone and isolated. It is a reminder to be wary of trusting too much in others and to remain vigilant in protecting one's own safety. Yet, even in this dichotomy, there is a certain beauty to be found. For when nähe and distanz are both present, a harmony is created that can be quite lovely. A harmony that allows us to both enjoy the company of others, as well as to appreciate the solitude of being alone. A harmony that can bring about an understanding of the importance of both. Thus, I conclude that nähe und distanz are two sides of the same coin, and it is up to us to use both wisely.
