what is fear

Fear is a funny thing. It can be so powerful that it paralyzes us and stops us from doing things, yet it can also be so illusory that it can be conquered with a little bit of courage. It's like a big, fuzzy monster that lives in our minds, just waiting to pounce on us when we least expect it. We can never be sure when it will strike and it can be both terrifying and exhilarating. But, I believe that fear can be a powerful tool if we learn to use it wisely. We can use it to motivate us to do something or to protect ourselves from danger. We can also use it to remind us that life is fragile and we need to be careful. So, fear is something we should respect and be aware of, but not let it control us. We can use it to our advantage and make it work for us, instead of against us.
