do you believe in god?

Do I believe in God? Well, I am no theologian, but I can tell you this much - I have seen enough evidence to suggest that there is indeed something greater than ourselves, something powerful, something that governs the world. Whether that something is God or not is a matter of personal belief, but I must admit that I am inclined to believe in a higher power. That being said, I do not believe that we should take the matter of faith too seriously. We should be free to explore our own beliefs and ask questions about the divine, all the while finding joy in the search for answers. After all, the journey is often more rewarding than the destination. So, do I believe in God? Yes, I do. But I also believe in a healthy dose of humor and levity, and that is why I often joke about the divine. I believe that God has a sense of humor, and that He appreciates us using ours to make sense of our faith. Who knows - perhaps He even has a hearty chuckle when we do!
